I see AA batteries in the road pretty much every day but this was the first time finding a new 8-pack of them. They were behind a building in the driveway not really near anything, so how'd they wander back there? It just goes to show, you never know what you'll find out there. A thank you to the Frost Bank people, but you really didn't have to leave me a pen, according to my honey, I have way too many now. I saw the 5-gal Homer Depot bucket about half way through the run and although some might say it would allow me to pick up even more 'stuff', I'm going to forgo that particular 'internationally famous eye-roll.' I did go back for it after I finished running and will use it for a trash container in the workshop. The 1/2" socket I found was a good spot, it was in a crack between a driveway and the street. Once again I 'hit for the cycle' again (penny, nickel, dime, quarter) and I have to laugh. Different routes and streets, different times of day, and the coins keep showing up. Well yeah, thank you to that Great Dropper of Moola from above. Yeayuh!
Just realized I got the socket and lug nut too for the "extended cycle'.....woo & hoo!! Are we having fun here or what?
